Authorlink Literary Group has sold Stephen G. Michaud's LETHAL SHADOW (reissued in mass market as BEYOND CRUEL by St. Martin's Press), as source material for a web/micro series on the Internet and cable television (with film option) to Mandalay Teleplays, LLC in Los Angeles. Agent Doris Booth at Authorlink Literary Group worked with film co-agent Maria Ruvalcaba Hackett of Intellectual Property Group. The series has a major advertising sponsor and is thought to be among the first book-to-web and TV deals undertaken by a well-known LA production company. (July 2008)
